I’m a licensed therapist who works from a CBT, Solutions Focused and mindfulness-based approach, specializing in helping BIPOC individuals find clarity, peace, and self-trust.
I believe therapy is a sacred act of returning to your breath and your truth. I offer therapy that’s laidback, honest, culturally grounded, and deeply human.
